Directed operations for a $15 million organization with 145 employees and helped expand service delivery statewide.

The AIDS Resource Foundation for Children

Directed operations, launched three state-licensed transitional housing programs, led statewide HIV housing collaboration efforts, and expanded services across New Jersey.

Oversaw healthcare and housing operations, supported strategic planning, drove asset growth through development initiatives, and secured major subsidies and vouchers that strengthened long-term housing access.
